Customize Your Every Two Weeks - Ceramic Vase Subscription

With each delivery, we hand-select the freshest, most exquisite petals available - crafting an arrangement that’s always one-of-a-kind, guided by nature’s rhythm and our Petal Designer’s intuition. No two weeks are ever the same - and that’s the beauty of it. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Your subscription begins on the date you choose and continues on that same schedule going forward. 2. Your first delivery may take up to two weeks as we prepare your blooms with care and intention. So please place your order ahead of time. 3. Our Vase Subscription is designed for sustainability and reuse. Returning the vase is required - please leave your previous vase on the porch during delivery or bring it back when picking up your next arrangement. If a vase is not returned or is returned broken, a replacement fee will be billed or invoiced accordingly. 4. Subscriptions require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellations made before the three-month term will incur a charge equal to the remaining balance of the initial commitment.

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
