Our flower subscriptions are designed for those who see flowers as more than just a delivery - they’re an experience. Each arrangement is thoughtfully created using seasonal blooms and is never the same twice. We love styling every piece to suit the space it will live in, whether that’s a cozy home corner, a bright kitchen, or a welcoming office. More than flowers, each delivery is treated like a small work of art - designed with balance, movement, and personality in mind. With a subscription, you’re not just receiving blooms on repeat, you’re inviting an ever-changing floral moment into your space.

How will I receive a new bouquet/arrangement?

Your subscription begins on the date you choose and continues on that same schedule going forward. You can choose bi-weekly or monthly deliveries, wrapped or in a vase.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly at 704.975.2774

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

All subscriptions are subject to a minimum three-month commitment. Early cancellations made prior to the completion of the initial three-month term will incur a charge equal to the remaining balance of the commitment. Following the initial term, subscriptions may be canceled with no less than five (5) days’ notice before the next scheduled billing date.

What do I do with a vase from previous delivery/pick-up?

Our Vase Subscription is designed for sustainability and reuse. Returning the vase is required - please leave your previous vase on the porch during delivery or bring it back when picking up your next arrangement. If a vase is not returned or is returned broken, a replacement fee will be billed or invoiced accordingly.
