1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: All subscriptions are subject to a minimum three-month commitment. Early cancellations made prior to the completion of the initial three-month term will incur a charge equal to the remaining balance of the commitment. Following the initial term, subscriptions may be canceled with no less than five (5) days’ notice before the next scheduled billing date. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 7. Our Vase Subscription is designed for sustainability and reuse. Returning the vase is required - please leave your previous vase on the porch during delivery or bring it back when picking up your next arrangement. If a vase is not returned or is returned broken, a replacement fee will be billed or invoiced accordingly. 8. Please ensure pickup takes place on the scheduled date and time. 9. The wrapped subscription option comes as a hand-tied bouquet without a vase. A light wrap is included to protect the flowers and add a finished, enhanced look.
