Substitution Policy
All images on our website are provided for inspiration only. We do not replicate designs. Every arrangement is custom-made, one of a kind, and thoughtfully tailored to each customer.
Our floral designs are guided by seasonality, natural variation, and artistic interpretation. While the exact flowers shown may vary, we thoughtfully design each piece to reflect the overall style, color palette, and feeling of the arrangement you selected.
Arrangements are designed in ceramic vases, which are selected by our designers to complement the flowers and align with the style and colors requested. Vase selection may vary, but each vessel is chosen intentionally as part of the final design.
Our bouquets do not include a vase and are wrapped for carry-out in our signature bag.
You are welcome to share preferred colors, favorite flowers, or design notes in the florist instructions at checkout. While specific blooms cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to honor your preferences and create something that feels personal and cohesive.
When substitutions are necessary due to seasonality or availability, we select flowers and materials of equal or greater value, always preserving the integrity and quality of the design.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
